Anne Walmsley

Anne brings over 35 years of leadership experience in the healthcare services industry, spanning sales, sales leadership, general management, and executive roles. She has successfully built, scaled, and sold her own durable medical equipment (DME) business and has held senior leadership positions with some of the largest DME providers in the United States.

As East Coast Vice President for a global leader in prosthetics and orthotics, Anne was part of the core team that built and executed a third-party billing practice. She has also been instrumental in transforming a small healthcare manufacturing business into one of the top five competitors in the U.S., successfully brokering its sale in 2025. Anne’s approach is grounded in real-world operational experience, financial discipline, and leadership accountability.

John Walmsley

John brings more than 30 years of experience in operational and sales leadership across the steel services and overhead crane industries. He has led organizations through growth and operational transformation, with expertise spanning manufacturing operations, engineering, sales, supply chain, and service execution in complex industrial environments.

His leadership approach combines data-driven decision-making with a hands-on understanding of realistic implementation, partnering closely with customers and teams to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

As a member of the executive leadership team, John plays a key role in setting business strategy, developing leadership talent, and positioning the organization for sustainable growth in competitive markets. He is recognized for building high-performing teams, fostering accountability, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, innovation, and customer value.
